Interactive arithmetic for the buyer's side of the table: bring the dated numbers from the vendor's own pricing page, get the counted bill. The method is the site's; the rates are yours.
One tool is open as of 8 October 2026: the SaaS counted-bill calculator. It does the same job the articles do — a named workload, dated rates, a counted bill — except the workload is yours and the rates are the ones on the vendor page in front of you. No vendor price is baked into the tool, so a vendor re-pricing ages nothing here: the tool re-renders whatever you paste into it, and the as-of date belongs to the number, not to the calculator.
